Setup options for Surveys

Mechanisms to initiate a survey
- Send – Send the first part of your survey out directly to a contact or contact group.
- Schedule – You can schedule your surveys to be sent out on a particular time and day, or to repeat.
- Text Trigger – Set up a survey so that it is initiated by someone texting into a long number with a keyword such as START.
- Automate – Integrate with existing back office applications or contact centres such as Mitel, Callmedia, Avaya, Enghouse. Set up automated C-Sat Surveys using our API connectors.
Drip feed surveys over time
Drip feeding the surveys to your audience allows you to effectively manage responses.

Randomised batch sampling
Create a large contact group and then survey sections of this group over time. This is a fantastic tool for tracking customer satisfaction during and after making changes to your service or product.
Reminders
Set up automated reminders to be sent to recipients to start or complete surveys they have received.
Anonymisation
Choose to anonymise the identities of recipients so that users of the 123-txt platform are unable to associate responses with individuals or their mobile numbers.

SURVEY USE CASES

Automation and Integration

The 123-txt Survey Module has an extensive list of APIs and ‘out of the box integrations’.

Once you’ve created a survey it can be initiated by events created in your other systems.

An example of this would be integrating 123-Survey into your contact centre software. The completion of a call could be set to trigger a customer satisfaction survey being sent to the call maker

Responses to surveys can also be utilised as events to trigger activity in your own systems.

The results of such a survey could then also be associated with other actions. A particularly low score could be flagged for management to engage, or further options could be provided to the call maker to follow up.

Reporting
